Road transportation

In heavy-duty automobile transportation, in addition to engines and transmissions, hydraulic systems are used, and they can also be treated with the RVS Technology®. Such treatments must be accomplished by a qualified specialist.

Would you like to know how much money and CO emissions you can save by using RVS?

If your answer is yes, then let's make a simple calculation. For an approximate result you only need the number of vehicles in your fleet, the average consumption of fuel per vehicle and the annual amount of kilometers driven per year per vehicle. Once you have the information, you can make the calculation with the below form.

Filling required fields you can calculate the average savings of fuel and CO emissions for one heavy transportation vehicle and for a fleet. The formula uses following defaults:

  • Production of CO₂ per 1 liter of diesel fuel = 2,66 kg/l
  • Estimated minimum reduction rate of the fuel consumption = 5% (TÜV)
  • Annual RVS cost per vehicle is (2 x RVS Engine P&R up to 100 000 km /60 000 miles + 1 x RVS Engine P&R / each consequent 100 000 km/60 000 miles.

Please note that the core functions of RVS Technology® are protection and restoration of mechanical wear resulting in extension of the life of the components, mechanisms and devices and in improvement of the efficiency. Savings of energy/fuel, CO₂ and other emissions are born as extra added value to them.

So, additional savings even bigger than fuel savings can be achieved since: The life cycle of the engine and components will be extended. Efficiency improves as down times drop due to the reduced need of repair and spare-parts. Oil consumption and environmental strain reduces as oil change intervals can be extended. The level of vibrations and noise decreases significantly.
